BENEFITS OF THAI MASSAGE
TESTIMONIALS"I went to Eric when I had a shoulder injury and was in physical therapy trying to get use of my arm back. I was to a point in my recovery that I couldn't get past with my range of motion and pain. Eric really worked deep into the shoulder and two days after I felt this release and was able to rotate my arm all the way up. The pain I was experiencing while exercising my arm went away as well."

Eric Roberts provides skillfully intuitive massage therapy, drawing from 2 main disciplines:
Traditional Thai Massage: A thorough and fully clothed massage practice that takes place on a mat on the floor. It consists mostly of compression, accupressure, and stretching techniques. This ancient and sacred practice focuses on opening energy pathways and unblocking the body's natural movement patterns to loosen the body as a whole. Traditional Thai massage makes up the majority of Eric's practice.
Myofascial Release: An inuitively charged style of bodywork that targets specific restrictions in the fascial system. This system consists of a network of tissue that connects the body as a whole. It can be found sheathing muscles and muscle groups to individual muscle fibers and further down to individual cells in the body. Picture a 3-dimensional net that holds the entire body together and gives it it's shape. That's right, it's the reason why "everything is connected!" Sometimes Eric will perform this from the table, but mostly he just translates these principals into his Thai Massage Practice.
